Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at dahipactakde019j@zohomail.cn with a detailed description of your dispute. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 45 days.
Any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by a neutral arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. Class actions, collective proceedings, and representative actions are expressly waived.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us regarding Pact, superseding all prior agreements, communications, and proposals.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We shall not be liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, internet outages, or acts of government.

By clicking "Accept" or using the Application, you acknowledge that your electronic signature constitutes a binding legal agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature.
You acknowledge that the "luck" associated with color assignments is a gamification element without supernatural efficacy. We make no claims regarding the fortune-bringing properties of any specific hue.
While we employ robust backup systems, you are encouraged to maintain independent copies of photographs bearing significant sentimental value. We are not responsible for the loss of irreplaceable visual memories.
Users who maintain public profiles agree to foster a supportive environment for chromatic exploration. Harassment, color-shaming, or derogatory comments about others' color choices constitute grounds for immediate suspension.
By continuing to use Pact, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein. You acknowledge that color is both a scientific phenomenon and a subjective experience, and that the journey of chromatic discovery is deeply personal.
